Welcome to the new school year! How are the early mornings going for all of you? My internal alarm clock has adjusted to waking up early already, but I haven’t quite adjusted my bedtime yet. I’m a little behind in my sleep requirements for the week but the weekend is just ahead so I’ll make up for it soon. Hoping your households are adjusting and functioning well because next week is a busy one!
On Tuesday, we have an extremely important evening. The teachers are preparing for each of you to come and receive information about how to best support your student this year academically and socially. Check out the newsletter for the exact time to meet with the teachers. We tried our best to avoid overlaps for families with multiple children but there will be some conflicts unfortunately. If you are unable to attend on Tuesday evening, PLEASE be sure to check in with your teacher to receive all the information distributed that night. Thank you and looking forward to seeing you!
Friday is our Back-to-School Beach Day! You will find a permission slip in your student’s folder or backpack today. Please return the permission slip as soon as possible so we can plan for the day.
