Blessed Year

Happy Thursday Conejo Family! It seems impossible that we only have two more regular weekly newsletters to go for this school year. Time is speeding up on me! What a blessed year we have had together.
Today, I wanted to share a preschool story with you all. Back in January when we had the crazy wind storm, the shade cover in the preschool’s play yard ripped. After months of going back and forth with the awning company trying to get a price to fix it or replace it, we finally decided we needed to go with a different company if we ever wanted shade again. The new company was quick to get back with us for prices to fix and replace but the news was expensive. The options were taken to both the preschool board and our board to vote on options and get some fundraising done. We debated a bit about starting new versus fixing the original cover, but since there was no budget for either option and both were safe, we voted funds would determine the decision. Here is where God stepped in.
Before we could even get an email out, someone donated the amount needed to fix the damaged awning and replace the older original awning. What?!? We didn’t even ask yet and God made it happen. God continues to show us He is a God of miracles. As I said earlier, what a blessed year we have had together.
