Another Thursday…I’m so confused about the days. Last week, I thought it was September already and now this week I’m wondering how it could possibly be September already. Confused, that could describe me these days. I’ll leave you to conclude as to the reasons why…
 
I’m currently sitting on my couch with various solar lanterns around the room. Our power went out sometime this afternoon and has not returned yet. Good thing I live with the “Flashlight King” and solution-for-every-kind-of-emergency husband. The lanterns were charged up and ready for use long before the power went out. My husband is almost always prepared for the unexpected and the expected. He is rather handy to have around. I hope you have not only an inspirational friend, but also a handy friend. Life is a little easier with both. 
 
Enjoy the long weekend and rest well. You never know what expected or unexpected event next week will bring. You might want to charge your lanterns just in case.
